Originally coming from Stoke-on-Trent in the Midlands, I moved up to Huddersfield in West Yorkshire to undertake my university degree course in Creative Imaging Advertising.

Because of my creative nature, I have always had an interest in design and using my creative abilities as a way of expressing myself.

After completing my degree I intend to obtain a career in the creative industry and further expand my knowledge and experience of design.

I currently have the ability to;

• see briefs through from beginning to end
• develop ideas through brainstorming and thumb nailing
• undertake research into target markets, competitors, styling etc
• work well within a creative team
• work independently
• use Adobe design suite and Microsoft Office
• plan out time and meet deadlines
• communicate well with other work colleagues and clients

Hobbies

My main interest at the moment is supporting my favourite rugby league team, the Wakefield Trinity Wildcats, who play at the Belle Vue ground. I also enjoy going to the theatre and socialising with my friends.
